Definitions of terms used in this document:

GUIDED TOUR: Includes professional guided services for ATV trails / Snowmobile trails.


RENTAL UNIT on a GUIDED TOUR: ATV, Kayak or Snowmobile

OPERATOR: Person Driving a RENTAL UNIT (ATV / SXS / Kayaks / Snowmobile)

PASSENGER: Passenger of RENTAL UNIT (not driving the machine)

RESERVATION PAYMENT: A 50% deposit is charged to the Credit Card holder to reserve a scheduled Guided Tour.

SECURITY DAMAGE DEPOSIT: Pre-authorized held deposit charged to Credit Card Holder and then released when RENTAL UNIT on a GUIDED TOUR is returned in good standing, not damaged. Minimum of $500.00 to Maximum $2000.00 – Outdoor Adventures Tours discretion on the damage deposit required.

RENTALS/TOURS:

  • Rentals require: Valid G non restricted Driver’s license, min age 18 years, Minimum of $500.00 to Maximum $2000.00 security damage deposit on Visa or MasterCard, signed waiver of liability/rental contract.
  • Guided tours require: Valid G2 or greater driver’s license or out of country driver’s license which allows you to drive in Canada.
    Please return the machines in the same condition as it left our premises! Please note that our machine is insured to be on the mapped trails.
  • Rentals include: Riding gear for drivers (DOT) approved helmets, goggles, gloves. Limited snowmobile pants & jackets, rain suites are available for rental ie. Ladies small to Men’s XXL snowmobile suits. Apparel is first come first serve
  • Safety instructions/lesson, unlimited kilometers, full tank of gas included.

Operator Safety Terms and Release:

  • Operator must be 18 years of age or older with a minimum of a valid G2 driver’s license to operate a RENTAL UNIT ON A GUIDED TOUR on a GUIDED Tour.
  • All Operators must sign a Waiver of All Claims, Release from Liability, Assumption of Risk and Indemnity Agreement and COVID.
  • Operations under 18 years of age must have their legal guardian/parent sign a Children’s Waiver of All Claims, Release from Liability, Assumption of Risk and Indemnity Agreement.
  • Operator and passenger must wear proper safety equipment when operating RENTAL UNIT on a GUIDED TOUR.
    Operator must be the ONLY operator of this RENTAL UNIT on a GUIDED TOUR.
  • Operator agrees there are to be NO MINORS operating this RENTAL UNIT on a GUIDED. TOUR.
  • Operator agrees that he/she will not consume alcohol, drugs, or ingest any substances that could/would adversely affect my ability to safely/successfully operate the RENTAL UNIT on a GUIDED TOUR- subject to cancellation of the tour and no r
  • Operator agrees to avoid driving in any areas where the Operator believes that he does not have the skill to operate in.
  • Operator agrees that he/she have been thoroughly briefed on how to safely operate the RENTAL UNIT on a GUIDED TOUR and/or have established themselves as competent to operate the RENTAL UNIT on a GUIDED TOUR.
  • Operator agrees in the case of damages, repairs, recovery fees or any additional cost associated arising from incident, accident, improper use or by any other cause, the lessee credit card supplied when booking will be charged.
